Here is the first newsletter in an ongoing series that I put out to educate sport coaches at the University of Vermont about the importance of strength for athletes. The goal of this newsletter was to highlight how getting stronger will help increase athletic performance and reduce injury rates. Educating your sport coaches is a great way to get buy-in to your program and help them better understand why you do what you do.
